Cancellation + Refund Policy


Online Group Classes

Cancellations for online group class classes must be made within (1) hour of the class start time. Students may opt to receive a full refund of the price of a single class, a class credit or an opportunity to reschedule.

To cancel, please send an email with your full name, email address, name, date and time of the class that you would like to cancel to: contact@salubrityandsoulyoga.com


Private Classes

Cancellations for all private class sessions, which include one-on-one private classes and private group class sessions, must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations for all private classes must be made 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations that are made less than 24 hours prior to class will result in a 50% charge of the full class price.

In the event of a “no-show”, emergency, or late cancellation, no refunds will be given. An opportunity to reschedule will be provided instead.

To cancel a private class, please refer to the Private Class Initial Consultation Agreement Packet that you received during our initial consultation for information on how to best contact me to cancel any of our private sessions.

Membership Subscriptions + Class Packages

If you would like to cancel a Membership Subscription Plan, On-Demand Video Library Membership Subscription Plan or a Class Package:
