Online Group Classes
Online group yoga classes are held virtually. They are perfect for anyone seeking motivation, guidance and the collective energy from a physical community of peers in addition to a yoga teacher. These classes are also helpful to anyone preferring to explore different yoga or meditation styles, learn postural movements, meditation techniques and other aspects of yoga in a group setting in lieu of 1:1 classes.

On-Demand Virtual Class Library
The Salubrity and Soul Yoga virtual class library is a collection of pre-recorded LIVE yoga and meditation classes. This option allows you to explore previously recorded classes in the comfort of your own home, while traveling, and always at times that meet your personal schedule. So, if you miss a LIVE class, you always the option of finding it (and other classes) here whenever you’re ready for them.
Membership Plans + Class Packages
Membership plans and class packages allow students to pre-book a specific amount of classes and receive a few perks at a discounted rate. They renew automatically each month and are valid until they are cancelled.
Class packages are another great way to pre-book a set of classes at a reduced rate. Unlike membership plans, they do not automatically renew each month and are set for a specific period of time.

Outdoor Group Classes
Outdoor group classes allow participants to practice yoga while also experiencing the beauty and peacefulness of nature in an outdoor environment. This option allows students to breathe fresh outdoor air, root and connect physically with the earth, and if the weather permits, feel the gentle warmth of the sun during a class session. This offering will take place in an outdoor environment such as a park, beach or other open space.
Private 1:1 Classes
Private 1:1 classes allow for a more personalized form of instruction. These classes are ideal for beginners, and anyone preferring a class that is created to be adaptable to meet the specific and individual needs of the student.
These private classes may also be helpful to those who have issues with mobility, or who would like to become more familiar with the basics of yoga before practicing yoga in a group setting.
Private group classes tend to focus on meeting the energy of the class as a whole; while private 1:1 classes tend to focus more on having the yoga teacher adjust the class to meet the current energy of the student.

Private Group Classes
Like private one-on-one classes, these private group classes allow for a more intimate group class setting. This offering is perfect for groups or families looking to enjoy a yoga session of their own together. These classes are popular for birthday, holiday, and bachelorette parties, as well as school, team or work events. They are also a great way to foster bonding within a group and can be customized to accommodate your event and/or group’s needs

Yoga Workshops
Yoga workshops allow for a more intense focus on a particular topic such as breathwork, ayurveda, or yoga philosophy for example. Unlike a regular yoga class, yoga workshops provide an opportunity to gain more information and in-depth knowledge on a particular subject.
These special events usually consist of a lecture, hand-outs, demonstrations, moments of thoughtful discussion and may provide an opportunity for practice. They are also a great way to enhance your knowledge on a particular subject, obtain feedback and ask more comprehensive questions about a topic that you are interested in, that you would otherwise not be able to receive in a regular yoga class.
Workshops may be offered virtually online or in-person locally.
Yoga Retreats
Yoga retreats are purposeful special events that offer patrons an opportunity to experience the elements of yoga and meditation on a deeper level while being immersed in a serene, tranquil natural setting either virtually or physically.
These events are often offered as an excursion, trip or getaway to a special destination for a specific amount of time, (usually a few days), but may also also be offered a daytrip.
Yoga retreats, though often travel related, may also be offered virtually – as a “virtual sanctuary”. Both options are designed to offer opportunities for self-reflection and transformation. They may include additional options to benefit holistic health, wellness and wellbeing such as hiking, forest bathing, holistic or ayurvedic meals, sound baths and a variety of workshops to name a few.

Yoga For A Cause
As someone who has worked in volunteer positions throughout my life, I wanted to incorporate an opportunity to continue this type of work in my current occupation as a yoga teacher in some way. Providing yoga sessions for causes that I support, have thought about supporting, or that my students and patrons have suggested an interest in supporting allows me to do just that.
In these special events, a specific charity or cause is selected, and all proceeds from that Yoga For a Cause event are donated to that charity or cause.
Yoga For a Cause events may be held virtually online or locally in-person.
