Yoga For a Cause

As someone who has worked in volunteer positions throughout my life, I wanted to incorporate an opportunity to continue this type of work in my current occupation as a yoga teacher in some way. Providing yoga sessions for causes that I support, have thought about supporting, or that my students have suggested an interest in supporting allows me to do just that. These gatherings proved an opportunity to participate in a yoga practice while contributing to something beyond the individual experience.

In these special events, a specific charity or cause is selected, and either a portion or all of the proceeds from that Yoga For a Cause event are donated to that charity or cause.

Yoga For a Cause events may be held virtually online or in-person.
