Salubrious Essence Yoga Series

These classes are curated to help you care for your body and mind. Whether seeking a sequence to help with a backache, sore legs after hiking, or trying to move through life with more ease, this series offers supportive practices for everyday needs. Each class may center on a specific body part, a common condition, or lifestyle challenge such as low back tension, tech neck or emotional overwhelm — all offered to support your lifestyle and everyday needs.

Soulful Sunday Yoga Series

Classes in this series are held on Sundays only and offer a sacred space to pause, reflect and reconnect to your heart and soul. Sessions offer a blend of short gentle asana and an extensive meditation practice all woven together to awaken your senses, soften your heart and prepare you for the week ahead with embodied serenity and soulful intention. Some classes include mantras, sound baths, or reflective journaling and more, some are solely meditative — all are curated to invite clarity and spiritual connection. These soulful sessions help foster self-awareness and mindfulness.

Restorative Rituals Yoga Series

These classes guide you through yoga sequences that consist of supported postures with the use of props. The use of props in these classes is non-optional as each class invites you to explore stillness, abundant relaxation, and allows for the release of muscular effort while holding supported poses for extended periods of time. Each restorative yoga class creates space for slowing down, releasing, and rejuvenating the whole body. These are tender classes in which to cultivate deep restfulness, healing, emotional resilience, a gentle nervous system reboot –and permission to just be.

Anchor + Align Yoga Series

In these classes, yoga is practiced either sitting on a chair or using a chair for support during standing poses. Chair yoga is helpful for limited mobility, recovering from an injury or illness, managing chronic conditions, or for anyone seeking an enhanced form of anchoring and grounding through yoga. Each class offers a more accessible way to engage with your body while practicing yoga — without compromising the depth of the practice.

Seasonal Rhythms Yoga Series

These yoga classes are attuned to the ever-changing cycles of nature and of self. In these classes, we journey through the subtle seasonal shifts of the year and invite presence, balance and renewal with each phase. Each class welcomes you to flow gently, and connect with life’s natural cadence; and integrates breath, movement and reflection to help create harmony between your inner landscape and the world around you.
